TERMS OF SERVICE & REFUND POLICY

Welcome to Trauma Alchemy for Baddies. By browsing this website, applying for sessions, or purchasing any products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following business terms and conditions.

1. Refund Policy for Digital Products (Guides & Audio Tracks)

Due to the instant accessibility and highly customized nature of digital files, all sales of digital products are strictly final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued.

• This policy applies directly to The Trauma Alchemy Starter Guide, The 90-Day Manifestation Challenge, and all Custom Hypnosis Recordings (30 and 60-minute tracks).
• Once your customized audio file has been delivered to your email, the service is considered fully completed.

2. Live 1:1 Signature Sessions (The Deep Dive)

For The Alignment & Integration Deep Dive ($275), the client-coach relationship begins upon the approval of your application and processing of your payment.

• Approval-Basis Control: Submission of an application form does not guarantee acceptance or establish a service agreement. If your goals do not align with our non-clinical framework, your application will be declined, no payment will be processed, and your data will be safely deleted.
• Cancellation & Rescheduling Window: If you need to change your live Google Meet session time, you must do so via our scheduling calendar at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled start time.
• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failing to appear within 15 minutes of your scheduled Google Meet start time, will result in the forfeiture of your session fee. No refunds will be issued for no-shows, as that 2-hour block was exclusively reserved for you.

3. Client Responsibility & Application Screening

If a client bypasses the application screening or provides inaccurate data, and subsequently discloses severe clinical symptoms or safety crises during a live session, Trauma Alchemy for Baddies reserves the right to immediately terminate the coaching relationship and cancel all remaining services.

• In the event of an immediate termination due to a boundary violation or undisclosed clinical crisis, a prorated refund may be issued at the sole discretion of the business founder, less processing fees.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, hypnosis scripts, audio recordings, custom graphics, and workbook frameworks provided through this storefront are the exclusive intellectual property of Heather Nicole.

• Purchasing an asynchronous recording or digital guide grants you a lifetime, single-user license for personal use only.
• You are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, sharing, reselling, or using any portion of these audio tracks or materials for commercial purposes or public broadcast without explicit written consent.

5. Rejection of Orders & Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through Stripe via Payhip. Trauma Alchemy for Baddies reserves the right to reject any application, cancel any order, or refuse service to anyone at any time, for any reason, with a full refund processed immediately if no work has commenced.
