Energetic support.
Grounding, restoration, and intentional energetic support during periods of change and transformation.
My relationship with Reiki began in 2012, when I received my first attunement.
In 2026, I returned to formal study and was re-attuned at the Usui Reiki Master level, continuing a practice that has been part of my personal and spiritual work for more than a decade.
My approach to Reiki is multidimensional.
My foundation is Usui Reiki, with additional work in Karuna Reiki and continued study of Sekhmet.
Reiki can be experienced as a standalone energetic practice or woven into other Trauma Alchemy experiences when it supports the intention of the work.
Standalone Reiki sessions are offered asynchronously.
You do not need to be on a live call or available at a specific time. After booking, you'll receive instructions for providing any intentions, questions, or areas you'd like the session to focus on.
I then complete the Reiki session independently and send you a written session report by email afterward.
Your report may include reflections on the session, themes that arose, areas of focus, and suggestions for continued reflection or integration.
This format allows you to receive Reiki from wherever you are while creating your own intentional space to rest, reflect, and integrate afterward.
Pets can receive Reiki too.
Pet Reiki is offered asynchronously, so your pet does not need to be transported anywhere or remain still for a live session. I work remotely with your pet and their specific intention or area of focus.
After booking, you'll receive instructions for providing your pet's name, a photo, and any information you'd like to share about what you'd like the session to support.
The session may be used to create space for relaxation, grounding, comfort, transition, or general energetic support.
After the session, you'll receive a written session report by email with reflections and themes from the session.
Reiki is a complementary spiritual practice and is not a substitute for veterinary care, diagnosis, or medical treatment. If your pet is experiencing illness, injury, behavioral changes, or other health concerns, continue working with your veterinarian.
While standalone Reiki is asynchronous, Reiki can also be incorporated live into other Trauma Alchemy experiences.
For example, Reiki may be:
When Reiki is integrated into another service, it is offered as part of that experience rather than as a separate standalone session.
The intention is not to force a particular outcome, but to create space for grounding, restoration, reflection, and whatever you are ready to explore next.
